Project Background
CB&I Clough Joint Venture was awarded a $1 billion contract by Exxon Mobil Corporation for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the gas conditioning plant on the PNG LNG Project. Handley Surveys was selected by CB&I Clough JV to identify issues, implement solutions and training local surveyors to carry out high accuracy civil and structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) work mid-way through the project.
