I am just trying to give good feedback where it is due… Mic is probably the best surveyor I have come across. He has the technical ability, and more importantly, has the right attitude and strong work ethics. He prepares for the survey work ahead by analysing our drawings; so any survey/level/design issues are sorted with me before the work actually starts in the field. He must have good time management/organisational skills to be able to juggle between various work fronts in an environment where the clients work fronts change on a daily basis.
